Elkton Rec Commission Remodels 'new' Building - Valley Banner September 20, 1990
The beginnings of Expressive Dance Studio, Mary-Liz Humphrey checks the rooms new flooring. This site was the old shop building adjacent to Elkton Elementary School off B St. The revamping of the old building was a joint effort of the rec commission and the town of Elkton.
