Our Mission & Story

We are a dance studio located in Elkton, Virginia founded by our Artistic Director, Mary Elizabeth Humphrey, in 1990. Offering our movement classes, productions, and showings to our wonderful community for over thirty years!

Our studio is dedicated to nurturing young movers through all the passions they grow to pursue. Yes, even if it is not dance! Dance improves balance, functional range of motion, flexibility and coordination; you'll learn how to engage with physical challenges, and tune into a deeper understanding and awareness of your body.

We offer techniques that create professional dancers, as well as playful classes for those little ones who love to let out their energy! All students are carefully guided by our skilled teachers, we aim to have every dancer leave our studio feeling empowered and impassioned for life.
